Subscriptions
- Manage or cancel: open Settings on your iPhone → your name → Subscriptions → Lafafa. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next charge.
- Restore Premium on a new iPhone: open the Premium screen in Lafafa and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account.
- Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
Practice
- Your progress and streak are stored only on your iPhone and are removed if you delete the app.
- A day counts towards your streak when you sing a whole lesson to the end that day.
- No sound? Check that your iPhone isn’t muted and the volume is up; headphones work best.
